We developed our Three Pillars Of Care to become the foundation of everything we do. The TPOC was built around the concept that self-care doesn’t stop at caring for yourself, but also the community and planet.

Self-care is the core of what Sweathouse offers. Our Sweat Blanket Infrared Sauna is a life-changing addition to any self-care routine.

We create and source wellness products that benefit your wellbeing. We build content that sparks a light in you. We aim to end every interaction with a smile.

Everything we do is to make you feel good and help you live well. We believe looking after yourself properly allows you to look after others better.

Care For Others

Engaging, connecting with and caring for our community is integral to us. We work with and support small independent businesses, artists and makers.

Philanthropy is also a core part of Sweathouse’s community-focused culture. Post-studio launch, we will partner with charities and causes important to our team and community so we can contribute to the wellbeing of those who need our support, through innovative projects and a monetary donation.

We ensure the environment is not just a consideration but a focus for everything we do, from our products and packaging materials we use, to our daily practises.

Wellness products created by likeminded businesses in our store are listed with a Social/Environmental Statement that highlights how the product/company helps their community or the world. We ensure anything you purchase from our site is not only good for you, but also the world.
